What’s Special?
Our filters are open to various types of water treatment according to the purpose and utilization. To give some examples, one way of using it is with sand for rapid filtration to remove iron, manganese, color and sustained substances in water, and another way is to use with activated carbon to remove odor substances, organochlorine compounds and free chlorine.
Sand Filter
It removes iron that is extracted from oxidization of ferric iron and colloidal organic iron dissolved in raw water. Also, using manganese sand, it removes oxidized manganese effectively through contact filtration.
Activated Carbon Filter
Using the adsorptivity of activated carbon, it removes organochlorine compounds and geosmin which causes odor. Also, its reduction helps remove residual chlorine.
