    Adding to antifreeze system, we can offer direct expansion system. It takes out energy much more efficiently than conventional antifreeze one. In terms of coefficient of performance (COP)*, that of Well-Thermal Heat Pump is 6 on average while that of antifreeze system is approximately 3. It is clear that our direct expansion system is efficient.
  • Very Unique Multi-Use Type
    Common heat pumps usually have a combination of air cooling and water heating functions. Not only these, Well-Thermal Heat Pump is capable of heating room and water at the same time. Furthermore, we can add floor heating.

Global warming has been one of the most serious environmental issues that human beings face. Among all, reduction of CO2 emission has been discussed globally for long. Our Well-Thermal Heat Pump not only helps solve this problem through reducing environmental loads, but contributes to lessening heat island effect, another environmental problem.

Well-Thermal Heat Pump uses year-round stable temperature of underground, which is the same as the average yearly temperature, for air conditioning and/or heating water. In winter, it obtains heat from underground where temperature is higher than the outside air, meanwhile it supplies cool air and releases heat to underground where temperature is lower than the outside air in summer.

Therefore, you can expect high energy-saving. Since Well-Thermal Heat Pump is powered by electricity instead of fossil fuel, it is possible to reduce CO2 and NOX emissions. Besides, this system alleviates heat island effect as it does not release heat to the air, while air cooled heat pump does.

The basic structure is almost the same as that of geothermal type. The difference is that this type needs a well(s) to pump groundwater and takes out heat from it.
