Forest Protection
Volunteers from Wellthy participated in forest protection at Hatonosu Field, Tokyo in April, 2010. They went to cut hardwood, which can hinder the growth of trees such as Japanese cypress and cedar.
The forest can receive more sunlight by constantly having hardwood cut, and then increase its groundwater holding capacity. For this is especially important for conserving groundwater, we actively participate in forest protection.

Forestation Activities on a Desert in Inner Mongolia, China
Since 2007 volunteers from Wellthy annually work on forestation activities at "Forest of Friendship between China and Japan" in a desert
in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China. As of 2009, we have planted
about 1,000 poplar saplings.

Sprinkler Project
Sprinkler Project is held every summer in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. The water used in this project is produced by our Groundwater Membrane Filtration System. This project aims to cool the asphalt-paved ground near Tokyo station by sprinkling water, which then helps improve global warming and the heat island effect.
"Challenge-25-Campaign" in Japan
Wellthy actively participates in "Challenge-25-Campaign" practiced in Japan. We proclaim in this campaign to work on reduction of CO2 emission and prevention of global warming.
